Welcome to LocalPoolSupply.ca. The following terms and conditions govern all sales of products by LocalPoolSupply.ca. By placing your order on our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. LocalPoolSupply.ca reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, up until we accept your order.
Payment is accepted through credit card, PayPal, Interac, or Bank Wire Transfer. Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment or a non-refundable deposit for certain orders/products. Full payment is required before any order is shipped. Credit card orders are verified at the time of purchase. Declined credit cards result in order cancellation. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. Orders suspected of fraud will be cancelled and refunded.
Products shipped to you come with warranties specific to each product, as detailed in the product's description or accompanying documents. Some warranties may be implied by law and are not subject to exclusion or modification.
The buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes or tariffs. Freight shipments are curbside delivery only. Free delivery is available for orders over $499 (before shipping and taxes) or orders containing eligible items. Additional fees may apply for rural locations.
For tax exemption under native status, orders must be placed and taxes paid upfront. Tax exemption claims can be initiated through our Web Form, requiring a copy of your native status card and driver's licence. Tax refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Prices do not include shipping, handling, or insurance, unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Canadian dollars. The charged price will be that at the time of the order unless a price drop is reported to us before shipping.
We price match with other Canadian online retailers. Price matching is after shipping but before taxes, for in-stock items of the same make/model/SKU.
Coupons and promotions are for single use per customer and cannot be combined. They cannot be applied retroactively and are valid only during the promotion period.
LocalPoolSupply.ca's liability for shipping by common carrier is limited by the carrier's terms. Loss or damage claims must be reported in writing within specified timeframes.
Orders move quickly to fulfillment and may not be changed or cancelled once they reach this stage. Contact us immediately for any cancellations.
Valid photo ID is required for order pickup. The name on the ID must match the order details. Certain conditions apply for the pickup of specific items.
LocalPoolSupply.ca offers a thirty (30) day warranty on retail packaged products, excluding products subject to manufacturer's warranty policies. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Product appearances and included parts may change without notice. LocalPoolSupply.ca is not responsible for such variations.
LocalPoolSupply.ca's liability is limited to the purchase price of products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Returns of new, unopened items are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are covered if the return is due to our error. Specific conditions apply for holiday and out-of-season returns.
These terms are governed by federal laws of Canada. They are severable and non-modifiable without our written consent. Linking or framing our website without permission is prohibited.
